The Rebuilt Hangman's Tree - after Hook with help from Wendy blew the first one up, this was rebuilt by Pan and his Lost Boys, however the old tree was completely demolished so Pan paid some fairies and one keeper to create a tree where the old one was. However there was a reason why the dead tree was dead and had remained so since the creation of the shard known as Neverland. The dead tree was once originally a sprout of the great tree that links all realms together.
Basically it looks like this with two rooms underneath the tree for whatever else Pan needs them to be. He rebuilt this with the hopes of sharing it with Wendy. The Lost Boys having moved to a different place to rebuild their camp.
So this is what Pan will be dreaming of. And it has a bathtub and sink but no toilet.
